I am tired of people telling me than I hate Nintendo just because I didn't like the first Galaxy. Here are the 5 things wrong with Super Mario Galaxy 1

5.Difficulty Level
After playing Sunshine I was expecting a whole new level of difficulty with this game I was wrong....

4.Lack of Secrets
I played through the game nearly 3 times and couldn't find any major secrets or anything. All of the past 3-D Mario games had many hidden secrets that were fun to find but not this one....

3."New" Powerups
The new powerups well weren't so new. I was expecting all of the Caps from Super Mario 64 or at least the Leaf or Cape to be in the game but again disappointment. The Red Star (not the user) is useless it is only found in the Main Hub area and a worthless galaxy with no enemies.

2.Lack or Mario Enemies
There were so many enemies that I didn't even recognize that it wasn't even funny. There were these blue goomba clones that were useless and there was a severe lack of classic aquatic Mario enemies. There were hardly any Bob-ombs and I was expecting King Boo, King Bob-omb and Petey Piranha not a Stone Bogmire....

1.Overall Lazyness
I can obviously tell that this game was rushed. There are two galaxies that are nearly identical in every single way and if you beat the game once you get an awesome reward. You have to play the exact same levels again but this time as Luigi....
Two Clone Galaxies
Beehive Galaxy
Gold Leaf Galaxy

This game has risen my hopes of a truly worthy successor the Super Mario Sunshine.

"5.Difficulty Level

Nothings wrong with that at all.

"4.Lack of Secrets

I can agreee that I do like secrets, but there's, again, nothing wrong with a game having no secrets.

"3."New" Powerups
The new powerups well weren't so new. I was expecting all of the Caps from Super Mario 64 or at least the Leaf or Cape to be in the game but again disappointment."

Great job, you made an oxymoron. How are the caps from M64 or the leaf/cape power-up new? The "New" power-ups in this game are completely new except for the fact they are mushrooms.

"2.Lack or Mario Enemies
There were so many enemies that I didn't even recognize that it wasn't even funny. There were these blue goomba clones that were useless and there was a severe lack of classic aquatic Mario enemies. There were hardly any Bob-ombs and I was expecting King Boo, King Bob-omb and Petey Piranha not a Stone Bogmire...."

So you're saying adding new enemies was a dumb idea? You're going to entire new planets, if they were the same enemies, that would be ridiculous. The goomba clones were useless, yet the goombas arn't??? If you want to always stick true to old classic enemies, pick up an old classic video game. Also, why did you specifically mention "bomb-ombs, King Boo, King Bob-omb, and Petey Pirahana"? Those are entirely randomly chose enemies.

"1.Overall Lazyness

I find that comment incredibly sad.....You mentioned TWO reasons and called the creaters of the game lazy? Which two galaxies are you speaking of? And who said you have to play the same exact levels again as Luigi? It's an extra feature, not a task needed to be completed.

I can disagree with almost everything in this post.

I found this game, to not be hard, but not be easy either. My best friend's brother got it, and couldn't beat it without my help. The difficulty is okay, it was aiming towards all age groups, remember?

While secrets are cool, they aren't everything. This game does have secrets though, and they kept me entertained for awhile.

This statement made me cry. What an awful way to try to make a point. This proves nothing, the sentences contradict each other. Galaxy doesn't really need a bunch of power-ups, anyways. The ones they have are fine. Boo Mario is certainly new, and the Red Star is similar to the Red Cap in SM64. But... what an awful statement. It makes no sense.

Yes, Nintendo is creativite and adds new enemies to give the player more variety and fun, thats why this game is awful.

You don't have to play the same levels again as Luigi. The Clone galaxies weren't bad. While they looked alike, the stars were totally different. Like Pixelton said, those are only two reasons. You have to have more than two reasons to say why the game creators were lazy.
