Kalle Demos: The huge plant boss residing in the Forbidden Woods. It attaches itself to the ceiling by hanging from several vines. You must use your boomerang to cut these vines and only then will the boss fall down and reveal its core.

Makar: A member of the Koroks who live in the Forest Haven. Makar is really a sage who later on returns power to the Master Sword. He is also a bit cute.

BTW, Kalle Demos is so huge, but its core is so small it's ridiculous...
