Prologue:
"N-no!" The wind was pounding against the cliff on witch the toads were standing on. It was a cloudy day... And a sad one, too. A girl, about in her teens, was arguing with her father, the king of the land. "I will not let you send him away!" Next to her was her calm friend, who seemed to not be worried about what was happening."Don't worry. I'll come back one day. I will see you again, and that's a promise!" He didn't take a side on the argument. Sure, he wanted to please his father, but one side of him made him want to stay home. "Hrm, we'll see if that's right. There his no time left to stay. You need to go now, as it will be a long way until you reach the next town." This land they lived in was a large place. It seemed to stretch out forever. It was a beautiful place, no doubt about that. It had hills, waterfalls, valleys, and caves. However, not all was peaceful. The kingdom her dad ruled was going to take over another. She believed that this was wrong. She wanted it to stop. However, her father didn't listen. If only someone would come to help them...

Chapter 1: "Watcha mean, cliche?"
Mario woke up, still tired from the day before. It had been a long one. He and Bowser fought it out on the mushroom battlefield. Once again, the plumber had one, and saved peach from another kidnapping. Mario was looking forward to a day of relaxing. A day without any disturbance, whatsoever. He went outside his room, to find his older brother, Luigi, standing at the door. "Hey-a bro!" He said, as enthusiastic as ever. "Do you wanna go over to Daisy's house today? I heard that-a she has a new pet Blitty." It was a sunny day out, nice for a walk, he thought. Mario nodded in agreement, and they walked outside together, enjoying the spring breeze. Nothing could make it any better. They were just at the entrance of the forest, when they heard a shriek. "Help meee!" the voice cried. The Mario bros ran over to were they heard it, and they saw a Toad being cornered into a bush by a Nokobon. When Luigi saw it, he gave a puzzled look to his brother."A Nokobon? What-a is it doing outside of the desert?" In a raspy voice, the Nokobon replied, "Heh. What does it mean when you see me outside of the desert? It means that Bowser has hired us forgotten minions and gave us a use." Mario shared the same expression on Luigi's face, and then he asked "Bowser? What's he up to?" The Nokobon snickered, and said "He is going to kidnap the princess again, and this time, you wont stop him!" Mario did not run of to Bowser's castle, but instead, with a un-surprised look on his face, he replied to the Nokobon by saying "Kidnapping? Isn't that a little... Cliche?" The minion glared at him, and as he walked away, turned back, with a evil grin. "Watcha mean, cliche? He's got a brand new plan, that even YOU can't stop!" With that, he vanished into the distance.

He hasn't posted for about 10 months... he just gave us the first chapter than stopped... I don't even see a reason for this topic is he doesn't update/post in it...
