Episode 13: Wesley's 16th Birthday Spectacular!

XDthegod: Hello Sethforum, and welcome to a special edition of Channel Nine News. Here with your hosts, myself - XDthegod, - Wesley, and Mr. Ziggles.
Wesley: GUESS WHAT DAY TODAY IS~... IT'S MY BI---
XDthegod: Right. Tonight, we will be celebrating a very special event.
Mr. Ziggles: Yes, this marks the 17th month of broadcasting for Channel Nine News, where the very first episode was broadcast on Tuesday July 7th, 2009 at 10:36 am, in the Creativity Section.
Wesley: Uhh... I think you're forgetti---
XDthegod: It feels like it was just yesterday when we ran with commercials, almost got sued for stealing CNN's logo, and were attacked by seemingly random internet memes.
Mr. Ziggles: Ah, those were good memeries. (See what I did there?)
Wesley: ...Don't tell me you forgot...
XDthegod: Ahah! Instead of "memories", you said "memeries"! Now that's funny! Today's comedians could learn a thing or two from this man.
Wesley: ...That didn't even remotely make any sense! All's you did was change one letter to make it sound like---
Mr. Ziggles: Oh, stop, you're flattering me, XDthegod...
XDthegod: Well, let's get on with it, shall we? Our top story tonight, a fire broke out at Mushroom Kingdom Resort late this evening, claiming several lives, while leaving others with life-threatening injuries.
Wesley: ....Guys?
Mr. Ziggles: Family members and friends gave their condolensces, as they grieved over the loss of their loved ones. Let's go live to Dianne, with details.
Wesley: ......

Dianne: I am here outside of the burning remains of the Mushroom Kingdom resort, Fifth Street,
Wesley: *mumble* Thanks, Captain Obvious...
Dianne: Where a fire broke out at 10:17 PM, on the evening of Friday, December 3rd. 12 tourists died in the fire, along with 3 children and some local toads. 43 people were escorted to Toad Town Hospital, with life-threatening injuries. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but local police hope to figure out within the next month.

Mr. Ziggles: In other news, the Mushroom Kingdom Hockey Association has finished establishing teams, with a total of 20 teams, which will be split into 2 conferences, consisting of 3 divisions each. Each division will consist of 4 teams. The first round of the 2010 Draft is scheduled to take place this Thursday. We managed to get a copy of the list of teams, so let's take a look.
