The Cosmic Type is more of a Unearthly type. Such as being from outer space or having a sixth sense. All and all its a little more unatcached then other pkmn. Many Pkmn would evolve INTO the Cosmic type such as Duskull > Dusclops. As they are more advanced. The Cosmic type will replace the Phycic type in many cases such as with Deoxys and Rankurusu. The type would have a dark green shade color like this...
