High School gym warm-ups leave you really wanting water after the end, only because I'm one of the few who actually do them.

I'm going to say that drinking a ton of water is not healthy, even if you just had a lot of salt or ate a lot of sand or whatever, it can still be dangerous and potentially lethal. Do not drink too much water, it's not a good idea.

Please note this image is for comic relief and I was actually serious that it's a bad idea, but only because you don't want to die, it does not blow you up like a balloon.

That procedure is completely false to make you drink water, that's a really epic failure idea redstar! One correct procedure is to basically eat really spicy foods.
